: Hyderabad

Work from Office

Day Shift

6 Days (MonSat)

Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews & coordination.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and draft impactful .
Source candidates through multiple channels –
Job Portals, Social Media, Networking & References
.
Conduct
preliminary interviews
to evaluate candidates’ communication, skills, and fitment.
Handle
salary negotiations
, offer management, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain and update
recruitment trackers
, ensuring timely closure of positions.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Experience:

0–2 Years
in Recruitment (Freshers with excellent communication can apply).
Good understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring tools.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Target-driven, energetic, and capable of working in a
fast-paced environment
.
Strong time management and coordination skills.

Salary Package:

Freshers:
18,000 per month
(plus Incentives & Performance Bonuses)
Experienced (up to 2 years)
:
Up to
25,000 in hand
(plus Incentives & Performance Bonuses)
