We Are Hiring Customer Support (International Voice)

Location: Hyderabad & Bengaluru.
Mode: Work from Office.
Working Days: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Week Offs.
Shift: Rotational Shifts .
Benefits: 2-Way Cab Facility.

Role Overview:

Join our dynamic International Voice Support team and be the voice of global customer service excellence. Youll be handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting international customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle international customer calls (voice process) with professionalism.

Provide accurate information & timely resolutions.

Deliver high-quality support while meeting process SLAs.

Document interactions & update systems/CRM.

Collaborate with team leads to enhance customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Intermediate (10+2) / Graduate (Any Stream).

Experience: Freshers & Experienced (International Voice exp. preferred)- 0-3Years.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) mandatory.

Flexibility to work in night/rotational shifts.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Perks:

3 LPA + Performance Bonus

Up to 4.25 LPA (Based on experience)
