Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, technical issues, or other concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information by following standard procedures.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Maintain records of conversations and update CRM systems.
Meet performance targets including call quality, customer satisfaction, and call handling time.
Adapt to process changes and updates as required.
Minimum 1 years of experience in international voice process (preferably international voice/BPO).
