Role Description

This is a full-time role for an International Voice Process representative, located on-site in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role will also involve communicating with clients, maintaining records of customer interactions, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the team to improve service quality and contribute to process improvements.

• Sales skills and ability to meet targets
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial

Location- Gurgaon Sector 18, Udyog Vihar Phase IV

Salary- 23-29k CTC

Working Days- 5 Rotational Shift, 2Days Rotational Week Offs

Cab- Both side CAB Available

Experience- Min 1 Year in International Customer Support

Qualification- Graduate
