Job Description

Install and set up equipment and systems ensuring they are properly configured for optimal performance
Identify potential customers for urology equipments and cater to their technical needs
Demonstrate the functionality and benefits of technical products
Negotiate contracts & close deals
Act as a technical consultant addressing customer queries and providing solutions
Perform troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance
Train clients on the usage and maintenance of equipments
Maintain records of sales, service visits and customer interactions and analyse the reports as per requirement
