Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Trade Initiator in the ORM department The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in a related field

Roles and Responsibility

Scrutinize and verify relevant documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Input transactions within stipulated TAT, maintaining high productivity and efficiency
Ensure error-free entry and verification of trade and forex transactions, meeting customer satisfaction standards
Achieve higher productivity and fungibility, contributing to business growth
Manage complex client situations, providing excellent customer service and support
Handle pressure and meet deadlines, demonstrating strong time management skills

Job Requirements

Graduate or MBA with an additional certificate course related to banking
Possess knowledge of banking products and services, regulatory guidelines, and norms
Demonstrate good communication skills in both English and the local language
Ability to manage risk and uncertainty in a dynamic priority-setting environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in managing teams and leading by example, coupled with a strong understanding of business operations and objectives
