Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the Wholesale Banking Coverage Group (WBCG) based in Mumbai The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience

Roles and Responsibility
  • Source new customers to generate revenue for fund-based and non-fund based products
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customer base to generate sustained business and identify opportunities for cross-sell
  • Ensure prudent portfolio management and diversification of risk in partnership with the Credit Team to achieve portfolio quality
  • Implement due processes, guidelines, and Bank's code of conduct in all transactions, sanctions, disbursals, and post-disbursement activities
  • Review daily/periodic reports to identify business opportunities and act upon early warning signals highlighted by central teams
  • Provide feedback to Risk Management/Product Policy/Process Monitoring Teams for streamlining processes to ensure TAT reduction, risk diversification, and inclusive policy
  • Ensure Product Per Customer (PPC) growth in the allocated portfolio in the defined set of products
  • Implement Digital initialization taken by the Bank in alignment with GoI/GoM initiatives by critically analyzing cost-benefit to the bank
  • Replicate Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS) and State-Sponsored Schemes (SSS) across the given portfolio
  • Ensure throughput of CDBT & GST taxes from the given portfolio and assist the Nodal officer as needed
  • Review existing portfolio and update ReKYC, PAN nos, and Covet compliance as per banking standards
Job Requirements
  • Graduation or Post-Graduation (MBA preferred) from a recognized institute
  • Knowledge of banking CMS/Sector Specific/Liabilities/Customized Banking applications/products and services
  • Good communication skills in both English and the Regional language
  • Ability to manage complex client situations and risk uncertainty
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in relationship management, corporate lending, and working capital facilities is desirable
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
  • Understanding of digital transformation and its impact on the ficial industry
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
