Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the warranty claims process by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
Review, analyze, and approve warranty claims submitted by service technicians.
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary information for warranty claims.
Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, warranty administrators, and service providers.
Train and mentor service staff on warranty policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor and report on warranty claim trends and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with all warranty regulations and maintain thorough records of warranty transactions.
Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding warranty coverage and processes.
Conduct regular audits of warranty claims to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to streamline warranty-related processes.
Stay updated on new warranty policies, automotive technologies, and industry trends.
Lead initiatives aimed at reducing warranty costs while improving customer satisfaction.
