Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Howrah for a Warranty Manager. The Warranty Manager will be responsible for managing warranty claims and processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing efficient aftersales support, and conducting training sessions. The role involves regular interaction with customers to resolve issues and manage relationships. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Experience in handling Warranty claims and processes Aftersales support and Training skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Relevant experience in the mining or infrastructure equipment industry Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Ability to work independently and in a team environment
