Job Summary:

The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of warranty claims, documentation, and processing at the Honda BigWing two-wheeler service center in Maradu. This role ensures accurate submission of claims to Honda, timely approvals, proper documentation, and compliance with Honda’s warranty policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warranty Claim Management:
• Review service job cards and assess eligibility for warranty.
• Prepare and submit accurate warranty claims through Honda’s DMS/online portal.
• Monitor the status of submitted claims and follow up for approvals or rejections.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain proper records of all warranty claims, approvals, and rejections.
• File warranty parts as per Honda’s guidelines for audit and inspection.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on warranty activities and claim status.
• Compliance & Policy Adherence:
• Ensure all warranty claims comply with Honda BigWing's warranty policies and SOPs.
• Stay updated with policy changes and communicate the same to relevant service staff.
• Participate in audits and ensure readiness for manufacturer inspections.
• Coordination:
• Coordinate with the technical team for root cause analysis of failures.
• Liaise with Honda warranty representatives for clarifications, disputes, or approvals.
• Support service advisors and technicians in identifying warranty-eligible parts and repairs.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role within a two-wheeler or automobile dealership
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of two-wheeler service operations
• Familiarity with Honda DMS systems and warranty claim procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
