Warranty incharge

A Warranty In-charge is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of a company's warranty process, including processing claims, ensuring policy adherence, and improving overall warranty performance. They act as a key point of contact for warranty-related inquiries from customers, dealers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Warranty Claim Management:Receiving, reviewing, and processing warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Policy Adherence:Ensuring adherence to warranty policies and procedures, educating customers and internal teams on warranty terms.
• Claims Resolution:Collaborating with technical, quality, and product development teams to resolve warranty claims, including repairs, replacements, or refunds.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyzing warranty data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement, preparing reports for management review.
• Continuous Improvement:Developing and implementing strategies to reduce warranty claims through product/service quality improvement initiatives.
• Customer and Dealer Relations:Serving as a primary point of contact for warranty-related inquiries and resolving customer complaints and disputes.
• Vendor and Supplier Coordination:Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to address warranty issues related to outsourced components or services.
• Team Management:Leading and mentoring the warranty team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
