Warehouse Supervisor Location: [Caterpuri Road, Bijwasan New Delhi 110061] Job Type: Full-time Job Summary : We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor with strong operational skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse functions, including inwards and outwards inventory flow, and demonstrate proficiency in Excel and email communication. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving (inward) and dispatch (outward) processes Ensure accurate stock handling, storage, and documentation Maintain systematic records using Excel (stock reports, inventory reconciliation, movement logs, etc.) Draft and respond to professional emails related to warehouse activities Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate task distribution Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and housekeeping standards. Requirements-: Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor Solid understanding of inbound/outbound logistics and inventory flow Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas, reporting) or basic Excel is also under consideration. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases Leadership skills and ability to manage staff Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Good written communication skills and ability to draft clear, professional emails BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Weekend availability Application Question(s): nearby 15km to 20 km candidate preferred.
