Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory control.
• Manage a team of warehouse associates—assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and dispatch.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Enforce proper handling of materials, minimizing damage and loss.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained in good working condition.
• Implement 5S, lean practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory, productivity, and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Candidates with 1-3 years of experience are appreciated.
• Freshers are also invited to apply.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Preferred background: Paint industry. (Experienced persons)
