Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu & Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu Preferred languages known: English, Tamil No. of positions: 5 Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory control. Manage a team of warehouse associates—assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and dispatch. Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation. Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations. Enforce proper handling of materials, minimizing damage and loss. Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained in good working condition. Implement 5S, lean practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory, productivity, and staff performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations. Requirements: Candidates with 1-3 years of experience are appreciated. Freshers are also invited to apply. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field. Preferred background: Paint industry.
