Warehouse Supervisor

You will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes as a Warehouse Supervisor. Leading a team of production workers, your role will involve coordinating production schedules, ensuring high-quality standards, and meeting production targets in an efficient and timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include: Supervising and leading a team of production workers, providing guidance, motivation, and training to maintain adherence to production processes and quality standards, thereby fostering a positive work environment. Collaborating with the production planning team to develop and implement production schedules, ensuring the effective utilization of resources to meet production targets. Monitoring and enforcing quality control standards throughout the production process, conducting regular inspections to identify and address any issues affecting product quality. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing changes to streamline production processes and reduce costs. Enforcing a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and taking corrective actions as necessary. Overseeing inventory levels, coordinating with the logistics team to maintain adequate stock levels, and conducting regular audits to track and manage inventory accuracy. Communicating production goals and objectives to the team, collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, and addressing production issues promptly. Investigating and resolving any discrepancies in production output and implementing corrective actions accordingly. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing and packaging supervisory role, a Bachelor's degree in any field, proven leadership and supervisory skills, a strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and proficiency in relevant production management software. In addition, you should be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 Kgs. Please note that the role may involve additional responsibilities based on business needs. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance. The work location is in Faridabad, Haryana, and reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is required. A Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is preferred for this role.,
