Warehouse Operations Manager

If you are passionate about numbers, enjoy improving systems, and thrive in ground-level operations, this role is perfect for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Liaise with Stock Tracking team on daily incoming and outgoing stock movements. - Introduce a new system to record stock to increase uniformity. - Prepare analytics reports, manage dispatch and logistics to identify issues and bottlenecks. - Introduce and maintain Cost Benefits Analysis throughout the supply chain. - Identify discrepancies in stock levels and reconcile data with physical inventory. - Generate regular stock movement reports and dashboards for leadership. - Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and dispatch teams to streamline processes. - Propose and implement solutions to improve handling, reduce waste, and optimize workflow. - Maintain proper audit trails and compliance records for traceability and hygiene. - Manage manpower related to warehouse and final packing at the finish warehouse. - Handle logistics management of finished goods. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related fields. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; basic understanding of stock management systems. - Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills. - Ability to work in a warehouse environment and coordinate with both office and ground teams. - Prior experience in warehouse analytics. - Familiarity with barcode systems, WMS software, or tools like Power BI/Tableau.
