Warehouse Operations Manager

The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees all aspects of daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics, order fulfillment, staffing, safety, and process optimization. A strategic mindset, hands-on leadership, and a passion for operational efficiency are essential for this role. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all warehouse activities, such as goods received, stored, and shipped in Zoho and Excel. Generating regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels and productivity, is a key aspect of the role. Coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customers is crucial, along with maintaining accurate inventory records through stock counts and audits. In your role, you will oversee all tasks performed by the Dispatch and Logistics Coordinator and Inventory Analyst. Leading and managing warehouse operations to ensure a smooth flow of materials and goods, including overseeing processes like receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns, is part of your responsibilities. Implementing and monitoring KPIs to track warehouse performance, coordinating with procurement, logistics, and sales teams, planning inbound and outbound logistics operations, managing inventory control systems, and maintaining accurate inventory records are all critical functions of the role. You will also recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will plan for future capacity and resource needs, optimize space utilization and productivity, leverage warehouse management systems and technology tools for data-driven decision-making, oversee order fulfillment processes, and ensure orders are processed according to customer requirements and company policies. Qualifications for this role include an MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, proven knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory systems, 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including 1+ year in a leadership role, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.,
