Warehouse Operations Executive

You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations for a premium retail apparel company, SAKU, located in Gurugram. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing Finished Goods warehouse operations, including receiving, updating inventory, assembling, and dispatching goods to offline stores while ensuring accurate inventory control. - Processing and packaging customer orders from various e-commerce platforms on a daily basis, following brand standards for packing and quality checks. - Handling dispatch management by generating invoices, preparing shipping labels, scheduling pickups with logistics partners, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch. - Managing Return to Origin (RTO) cases, initiating reshipment or inventory reconciliation, maintaining logs of returned items, and coordinating with the customer support team for resolutions. - Coordinating inventory movements for incoming and outgoing shipments, updating records in Unicommerce and Logic ERP, and other platforms as required. - Maintaining dispatch reports, daily shipment logs, and courier reconciliation records, and collaborating with accounts and customer service for invoicing and delivery status. - Collaborating with the E-commerce Executive and reporting to the HOD, coordinating with merchandising, warehouse, and courier teams to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce warehouse operations. - Proficiency in Logic ERP and Unicommerce. - Experience in Packing and Inventory Control. - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proximity to office location in Gurugram is preferred. - Graduate in any field.,
