2 Responsible for Overall Warehouse Operation

3 Maintain Inventory with 100% accuracy level

6 Attend daily morning meetings

7 Evaluate employees performance

8 Conduct required trainings to all staff members for skills improvements

9 Preparation of Skill & Competency matrix , Upgradation Plan

10 Follow Compliance as per client norms

11 Deep knowledge of SAP e.g. GRN, dispatch invoice, rejection invoice, inventory reconcilation

12 Knowledge of Warehouse Operation Process

13 Keep all information/login credentials information confidential

14 Cooperating staff/colleagues/vendors/suppliers/clients by informing about the procedures/documentation relevant to your team/department as per the advise of your Customer / Manager.

15 Accurately input / output data related to stock movements, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.

16 Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of stock levels in the inventory management system.

17 Prepare and maintain accurate reports on stock levels, movements, rejections and discrepancies.

18 Manage / evaluate daily site operation

19 Supervising and Overseeing the directions for client's specifications and fulfil requirments on time.

20 Prepared & maintain Clients checklists.

21 Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports, bills submissions

22 Ordering and managing the inventory of materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock.

23 Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline.

24 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills necessary for managing diverse teams and interfacing with clients and stakeholders.

25 Maintain Safety Compliance with proper documentation

26 Motivate and encourage employees for better performance

27 Maintain good relations with Customer
