Roles: We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Executive with experience in implant operations and proficiency in SAP to join our team. The incumbent will have to work in the warehouse operations role and must be well versed with SAP and implant Operations, and line feeding procedures. Responsibility: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock audits. Ensuring that all resources are effectively tracked, maintained, and utilized to support operational efficiency. Implement and maintain tracking systems for MHE and consumables to ensure accurate inventory levels. Ensure all resources are logged accurately, and discrepancies are investigated promptly. Work with the internal team to ensure that consumables needed for MHE maintenance are available. Utilize SAP to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate implant deliveries and returns. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse transactions. Generate reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and operational performance using SAP. Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency. Ensuring the sustainability of operational practices that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall workplace safety. Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on 5S principles and GWP. Conduct periodic audits of warehouse areas to assess adherence to 5S and GWP standards. Knowledge & Skills: Good communication and collaboration skills. Great leadership, project management, decision-making consultation with seniors, and problem-solving skills. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in implant environment. Time management. Knowledge of MIS preparation, Inventory Management, Stock Taking, GRN Tracking & Vehicle Management. Proficiency in SAP and other inventory management systems. To follow written and oral instructions; ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Ensure that all 5S and GWP practices comply with safety regulations and company policies.
