Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Operations Executive role based in Delhi, India. The responsibilities include managing warehouse operations such as packing, inventory control, and ensuring efficient organization and storage of goods. The role also involves coordinating and communicating with the customer service team, handling order fulfillment, and monitoring overall stock and supply chains to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Packing and Inventory Control to ensure accurate order preparation and efficient stock management
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management to oversee operations and optimize processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and address client needs effectively
• Familiarity with supply chain procedures and ability to use inventory software is a plus
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards in warehouse operations
