Warehouse Operation Manager

Job Overview

We are looking the Glass Warehouse Operations Manager oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of all warehouse processes—including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch. This role ensures efficient operations, safety, and alignment with business goals

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Setup & Planning: Launch and configure new warehouse facilities (layout, storage systems, racking, material handling equipment, IT infrastructure) Lokmanya.
• Daily Operations: Manage inbound/outbound logistics—receiving, storage, order picking, packing, shipping—and oversee quality control and compliance with SOPs .
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule warehouse staff; conduct performance reviews, foster teamwork and continuous improvement Cover Letters and Resume Samples+8Lokmanya+8Superworks+8.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain and enforce safety protocols, health & safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Financial & KPI Oversight: Manage budgets, labor, and equipment costs; monitor warehouse KPIs like fulfillment accuracy, throughput, and cost savings; report performance metrics to senior management
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, transport, customer service, and suppliers to streamline logistics and resolve operational bottlenecks Superworks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Any feild or related field .
• 2-4 years experience in warehouse operations; 2+ years in a managerial or leadership capacity, particularly in launching new facilities or managing high-volume operations .
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and decision‑making skills .
• Knowledge of safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
