Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site and Loading Supervisor to oversee all on-site operations and manage the loading/unloading of materials, equipment, or goods. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all site operations, including material handling, loading, and unloading.
• Ensure proper placement, stacking, and securing of loads to prevent damage or injury.
• Schedule and direct the work of laborers, drivers, and subcontractors as needed.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Monitor equipment usage and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
• Enforce site safety standards and conduct regular safety briefings.
• Communicate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, materials used, and daily site activities.
• Identify and resolve issues that may cause delays or safety hazards.
• Provide training to staff on proper loading techniques and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a supervisor in a logistics, warehouse, or construction setting.
• Strong understanding of safe loading practices and site operations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and reporting.
• Forklift or heavy equipment certification (preferred).

Work Conditions:

• Outdoor/field environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
• Physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing may be required.
• Standard workweek with occasional overtime, weekends, or night shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
