Warehouse Operation Manager

You are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager for the Mandya location with a minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in the relevant field. As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations within the warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, ensuring accurate records of inventory levels, implementing inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses, and conducting regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. You will also be responsible for organizing and optimizing warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval, implementing proper shelving and labeling systems, and planning for space expansion or reorganization as needed. In addition, you will oversee the shipping and receiving of goods, coordinate with suppliers and carriers for timely and accurate deliveries, and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy. Supervising the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders, implementing procedures to expedite order fulfillment, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing to meet customer expectations will also be part of your role. Recruiting, training, and supervising warehouse staff, setting performance goals, conducting regular evaluations, and fostering a positive and safe working environment will be essential for effective team management. Enforcing safety protocols and regulations within the warehouse, conducting regular safety training for warehouse personnel, and addressing any safety concerns promptly are crucial for health and safety compliance. You will also be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and functioning of warehouse equipment, scheduling routine equipment inspections and repairs, and generating and analyzing reports on warehouse operations. Identifying areas for process improvement, implementing efficiency-enhancing measures, and continuously evaluating and optimizing warehouse workflows are key aspects of process improvement. Collaborating with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns related to inventory and order status, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order fulfillment, and assisting in the development and management of the warehouse budget are also part of the role.
