Warehouse Manager

Core Responsibilities: Supervision and Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising warehouse staff. Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records. Logistics and Shipping: Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Operational Efficiency: Optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Communication and Collaboration: Liaising with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and customer service. Additional Responsibilities: Budget Management: Managing the warehouse budget. Data Management: Maintaining records and data related to warehouse activities. Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving warehouse issues. Process Improvement: Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
