Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of a warehouse or distribution center. Your duties will include managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, overseeing inventory, coordinating staff, and ensuring safety and security measures are in place. You will play a crucial role in implementing operational procedures, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ideally, we are looking for Immediate Joiners with a Qualification of Diploma or B.Pharm and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Hospital Industry. Your key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will be tasked with maintaining accurate inventory control, leading and training warehouse staff, enforcing safety procedures, and overseeing security operations. Identifying areas for process improvement, coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams, and maintaining accurate documentation of warehouse activities will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess leadership and management skills to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Technical proficiency in warehouse management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of safety regulations will be beneficial. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund, and the work schedule is during the day shift. The work location is in person, requiring your physical presence at the warehouse.,
