Job Description

Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, packaging, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure proper handling of fragile lighting products to minimize breakage/damage.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic physical audits.
Implement FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory rotation.
Coordinate with procurement and showroom teams for timely stock replenishment.
Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
Provide training to ensure compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
Monitor performance and maintain a disciplined work culture.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely and accurate deliveries across India.
Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or returns.
Optimize packaging for cost-effectiveness and product safety.
Implement warehouse management systems (WMS) for efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and propose automation or process enhancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
