Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions based on interior themes, space dimensions, and budget.
  • Present product features, customisation options, and USPs of Luminarya lights confidently.
  • Coordinate operations teams for client-specific requirements.
  • Follow up with leads generated through walk-ins, referrals, and digital inquiries.
  • Maintain client records, share quotations, and update sales pipeline in CRM tools or Excel.
  • Collaborate with the installation and delivery team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
  • Participate in exhibitions, architect/designer meets, and client visits when needed.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration ability
  • Passion for interiors, design, and lighting aesthetics
  • Customer-centric mindset with persuasive sales skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Fluent in English & Hindi (spoken and written)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
