Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, dispatch, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and accurate stock reconciliation.
• Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse processes and layout for maximum efficiency.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Monitor and ensure timely dispatches as per order schedules.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements including GMP, GDP, and safety protocols.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and quality teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs and ensure adherence across the team.
• Generate regular reports on stock levels, discrepancies, order fulfillment, and other KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team efficiently.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance related to pharmaceutical warehousing (e.g., temperature control, batch management, expiry management).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field. Certification in warehouse/logistics management is a plus.

Compensation:

Attractive salary package commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits as per company policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
