Transportation Department

• Prepare a complete list of all segment-wise customers, including transporter names and respective concerned managers.
• Plan daily stock dispatch for both parcel and transportation vehicles.
• Develop SOPs for all vehicles covering required documents and service schedules.
• Create SOPs for vehicle parts replacement timelines (e.g., engine oil, coolant, tyres, brake pads, clutch, radiator, battery, engine warranty, and other major parts).
• Clear all traffic fines for company vehicles — target: 2 vehicles per day.
• Maintain and update a summary list of all company vehicles.
• Record present damage condition of each vehicle (paint, tinkering, or other part damages).
• Update and monitor the Vehicle Complaint Book status.
• Verify driver signatures for vehicle out-time and in-time records.
• Ensure parcel vehicles are loaded one day in advance.
• Unit-2 vehicles:
• 1st trip to reach P. Nagar by 9:30 AM daily.
• 2nd trip to reach P. Nagar before 2:00 PM.
• Sanklecha and Prakash Tea vehicles must arrive before 2:00 PM — unloading not allowed after this time.
• Share daily dispatched LR copies to all sales groups before 8:00 PM.
• Conduct drivers’ meeting every month before the 15th.
• Ensure daily cleaning of all vehicles by drivers.
• Ensure all drivers perform vehicle pooja every Friday (share pictures as proof).
• Communicate Stock delivery updates to sales managers and distributors (As per Distributors requirement)
• Record all vehicle expenses in the Google Drive “Vehicle Maintenance” sheet.

Billing Department

• Accept all sales transport segment orders before 2:30 PM (GT, NK, AP, TN, CPD, Espresso & Key Accounts before 1:00 PM).
• Resolve billing issues promptly — stock-outs, wrong SKUs, excess quantities, etc.

Warehouse Department

• Ensure daily stock dispatch follows the FIFO method.
• Monitor stock availability and resolve stock-out issues immediately.
• Allocate specific space for each SKU in the warehouse.
• Prepare and maintain a warehouse room-wise space allocation summary.
• Verify physical stock with Tally closing stock every Thursday; provide a difference summary report.
• Verify physical stock with Tally closing stock every month before the 4th along with MFD; provide a difference report.
• Keep warehouse dispatch areas clear daily.
• Ensure tea and sales return stock is in-word to the warehouse between 9:30–10:30 AM daily.
• Collect GT, CPD, and TN indents every Friday and send to K. Factory for production (stock to be received within 1 week).
• Raise Bio Naturale indent every Friday (stock to be received within 5 days from indent date).
• Verify physical stock of promotional items with Tally closing stock every month before the 6th along with MFD; provide difference report.

Tea Packing Department

• Raise tea indent every Friday and give the instruction to tea packing section for packing.
• Ensure the tea packing team has assigned work daily (report any idle time).
• Send daily tea packing summary sheets.
• Verify daily printing of correct MRP & MFD details on tea packs.
• Follow up with sales teams (AP, GT, CPD, TN) every month before the 15th for tea indent.

Admin Works

• Check and ensure daily cleaning of vehicle parking areas.
• Manage leave records for Unit 1 staff.
• Ensure all CCTV cameras are functioning.
• Verify all 3 printers are in working condition.
• Send extra monitors and CPUs to Head Office.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
