Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Optimization:
Maintain optimal stock levels to reduce carrying costs while meeting operational demands.
Supplier Negotiation Support:
Assist in negotiating favorable terms to minimize procurement expenses.
Stockout Prevention:
Implement proactive measures to avoid shortages of critical materials.
Order Fulfillment:
Ensure prompt and accurate order processing for internal departments.
Inventory Accuracy:
Conduct regular audits and improve the accuracy of inventory records.
Receiving & Dispatch Efficiency:
Streamline inbound and outbound material flow for faster turnaround.
Training & Skill Development:
Support the upskilling of the stores team on industry best practices.
Succession Planning:
Identify and develop potential leaders within the stores function.
Technology Adoption:
Introduce and implement tech-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
