Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Manager Location: Tepla, Punjab Company: Carryyou (Handling FMCG Operations) Salary: ₹5 LPA to ₹6 LPA (based on experience) Experience Required: Minimum 4 years +in warehouse management Industry Preference: FMCG / Manufacturing Software Skills: Must have working experience with SAP Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our Marico warehouse located in Tepla. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, team management, inventory control, and must be proficient in SAP for inventory and dispatch management. Key Responsibilities Oversee the complete warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound activitiesEnsure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance protocols as per company and client standardsMaintain accurate inventory records in SAP and ensure timely stock reconciliationSupervise warehouse staff and ensure efficient manpower allocation and productivityCoordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth dispatch and deliveryMonitor and improve warehouse KPIs TAT, order accuracy, shrinkage, and damagesImplement best practices in warehousing and continuously drive cost-effective operationsEnsure proper documentation of all warehouse activities including GRN, stock transfers, and dispatchesReport daily/weekly/monthly MIS to management and client Candidate Requirements Graduate or above, preferably in logistics/supply chain or relevant fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in FMCG ts or similar industryProficiency in SAP (MM or WM module preferred)Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-handling skillsWorking knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systemsGood understanding of warehouse safety, FIFO/FEFO, and audit requirements
