Role Description

The Warehouse Head will oversee and manage all operations within the warehouse to ensure efficient and effective inventory control, product storage, and fulfillment processes. Responsibilities include supervising staff, organizing and maintaining stock levels, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role also involves maintaining inventory systems, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiencies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kerala, India.

Qualifications

• Inventory management and stock monitoring skills
• Team leadership and staff supervision experience
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations for warehouses
• Proven ability to optimize space utilization and streamline logistics processes
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management software systems
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Prior experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role is highly desirable
