Warehouse Head

As a Warehouse Head for the Western Region based in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the end-to-end warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing regional warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, and managing the P&L for the region. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence by optimizing processes, managing inventory, and enhancing customer solutions. Building strong relationships with key customers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs, and leading a high-performance operations team will be key aspects of your role. You should have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Your expertise in P&L management, operations design, and customer solutioning will be critical for success in this role. Familiarity with warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations in Maharashtra, particularly in the Bhiwandi region, will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, along with excellent leadership and communication abilities, are essential requirements for this position. Your success as a Warehouse Head will be measured by your ability to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, health and safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.
