Job Overview

We are hiring a Warehouse Executive to handle daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storing, dispatching materials, inventory management, documentation, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Candidates with experience in warehouse handling, stock management, or logistics will be preferred. Freshers willing to work in warehouse operations are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of materials.
• Perform loading/unloading of shipments and assist in cleaning tasks (shanks/wheels).
• Implement safety procedures to prevent damage, accidents, or hazards.
• Supervise warehouse helpers, allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment as per industry standards.
• Update reports related to stock movement, shortages, discrepancies, and inventory health.
• Prepare and maintain documentation required for audits and compliance.

Key Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI (Mechanical preferred).
• Experience: 0–4 years (minimum 1 year preferred; freshers may apply).
• Computer Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, basic data entry knowledge.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, loading, unloading, and material movement.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and discipline.

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment with exposure to industrial materials.
• Physical activities involved: lifting, loading, unloading, moving stock, packaging, and shanks cleaning.
