Warehouse and Logistics Manager

As a Warehouse and Logistics Manager at Kedia Pavitra LLP, you will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient movement of goods and services within our organization's logistics network. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize day-to-day logistics and transportation operations. - Plan, implement, and oversee the distribution of products from suppliers to customers. - Oversee the coordination of all transportation, shipping, and receiving activities. - Develop and enforce logistics policies, procedures, and standards to ensure safety and efficiency. - Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to streamline processes and reduce costs. - Analyse and resolve logistics issues, such as delays or inventory discrepancies. - Monitor and track delivery performance, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. - Supervise and lead a team of logistics personnel, providing guidance, training, and support. - Prepare reports and presentations on logistics performance and improvements. - Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international regulations and safety standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a proven track record of optimizing logistics and transportation processes. - Strong understanding of logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations, warehouse management, and inventory control.
