Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Role Overview: As a Warehouse & Logistics Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Your role will involve maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse layout and processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading a team to achieve operational targets. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and control warehouse operations, including goods inward, storage, issue online, and dispatch to customers according to processes. - Plan and supervise warehousing operations, upkeep material handling equipment, and identify necessary repairs and replacements. - Monitor and control Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectiveness, customer deliveries, and packaging design to save costs. - Ensure packaging and transport suppliers meet service, cost, on-time delivery, and quality standards. - Plan annual budget for warehouse activities and conduct monthly perpetual and yearly stock taking accurately. - Responsible for stock accuracy, budget planning, IATF, ISO14001, and Plastic Management. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 11-18 years of experience in supply chain management. - Degree in Management of Supply Chain or Logistics. - Proven track record of managing and optimizing warehousing operations. - Proficiency in supply chain warehousing software and tools. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and conduct supplier audits and assessments.
