Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Your role as a Warehouse Manager includes maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse layout and processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading a team to achieve operational targets. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and control warehouse operations and lead for all warehouse operations to 3PL. - Plan, supervise, and oversee warehousing operations including material handling equipment and warehouse upkeep. - Monitor and control Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectiveness. - Ensure customer deliveries are done with the right part, at the right time, and at the right place in a cost-effective manner. - Plan annual budget for warehouse activities and control actual costs as per budget norms. - Conduct monthly perpetual and yearly stock taking effectively and accurately. - Responsible for stock accuracy, correction of stock in plant, and managing inventory. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 11-18 years of experience in supply chain management. - Degree in Management of Supply Chain or Logistics. - Proven track record of managing and optimizing warehousing operations. - Proficiency in supply chain warehousing software and tools. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and conduct supplier audits and assessments.
