About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations at our Karol Bagh location. The ideal candidate must have deep experience in inventory management, logistics planning, vendor coordination, and team leadership, with a proven ability to drive efficiency and performance across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall warehouse operations – receiving, inventory, storage, and dispatch.
• Oversee logistics functions including transportation, shipment planning, and delivery tracking.
• Streamline processes to reduce costs and improve turnaround times.
• Ensure accurate stock management and conduct regular audits.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and distribution teams for smooth order flow.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance measures.
• Evaluate and manage third-party logistics (3PL) and courier partners.
• Monitor key metrics, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, transport operations, and WMS/ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in logistics or warehousing will be an added advantage.

Location: Full-time, On-site – Karol Bagh, Delhi
Salary: 30,000-45,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
