Job Title: Associate Business Analyst

Job Location: Pune

Work Type: Work from Office

Total Experience: 0 - 1 years

Qualification: MBA BA / IT / Computers / Supply Chain

Role & responsibilities

Backlog Management:
Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, converting high-level requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria aligned to business goals.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders
Feature Implementation:
Collaborate with UI/UX and Engineering to deliver DMS features.
UAT & Validation:
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, analyse feedback , and support training to ensure smooth adoption.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation (stories, flows, etc).
Agile Support:
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and resolve roadblocks for the development team

Preferred candidate profile

Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in Functional Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Documentation of required information and data (BRD and SDLC).
Ensure compliance with security policies through profile, roles and permission set - Liaise with Customer, development, operation and senior leadership.
Recommend changes in product process and service offering, presents high level benefits of recommendation and explains the rationale for the selection of alternative solutions.
Demonstrate product and service offerings for customers and end-users.
Ability to work on critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
