Freshers with excellent English communication OR experienced candidates from International Voice background
Willing to work night shifts (US shifts)
Open for relocation to Chennai (Work From Office only)

Shift Timings:

7:30 PM 4:30 AM (US shift)/10:30 PM 7:30 AM (US shift)
Rotational shifts with 2 rotational week-offs

Compensation:

Freshers : upto 2.8 LPA
Experienced : upto 3.2 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls with empathy & professionalism
Provide accurate information and resolve issues within timelines
Maintain high service quality and adhere to company processes
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets
