About the Role

Junior IT Recruiter

As an End-to-End Junior IT Recruiter, you will:

  • Intake & Strategy:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements, organizational needs, and team dynamics.
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill IT roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, Cloud Architects, etc.).
  • Sourcing & Screening:

    • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, social media, and professional networks.
    • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and compensation expectations.
    • Effectively articulate the company's value proposition and the specific benefits of the role to potential candidates.
  • Candidate Management & Coordination:

    • Manage and track candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity.
    • Efficiently coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
    • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Offer & Onboarding:

    • Extend competitive offers, negotiate salary packages, and successfully close candidates.
    • Manage pre-joining formalities and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding team.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:

    • Stay up-to-date with current IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
    • Generate recruitment reports (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to identify areas for improvement.

  • 1 to 4 years of dedicated experience

    in IT recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Demonstrable experience managing the

    full, end-to-end recruitment cycle

    for technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of various IT domains and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, AWS, Azure, Frontend/Backend development).
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using professional networking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
