Position No 1

 Technical Support International Voice

Role & responsibilities:

  • Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions while providing world-class customer service.
  • Diagnoses and resolves basic network and modem functionality issues, including landline troubleshooting.
  • Walks customers through common phone hardware and software configurations to maximize service functionality.
  • Provides solutions and resolution resources for customer repair problems.
  • Interfaces with customers over the phone providing status updates and ensuring service has been restored.
  • Escalates appropriate technical issues to upper-level technical support when needed.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 0.6-5 years of experience in International Technical Support (Voice)

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Have worked on ISP, Internet & WiFi Related, Router & Modem Connectivity Issues

4. Should be comfortable working in 24*7 Working Environment

5. Graduation not required

6. Rotational shifts & Rotational week offs

Customer Service International Voice with Upsell/Sales

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Performing outbound calling to new and existing wireline residential customers offering telecommunications products and service
  • Building customer relationships by uncovering their stories, getting to know their needs and recommending product selections they feel good about
  • Solution based selling approach overcoming customer objections by listening, understanding, probing, and recommending
  • Simultaneously navigating through multiple systems and tools while interacting with customers
  • Processing customers orders and ensuring its accuracy and completion
  • Participating in continuous training sessions and sharing best practices

Required Candidate Profile

  • Qualification : 10 + 2, Any Graduate
  • Work Experience : Minimum 1 Year experience in Outbound sales/Cross Selling, Inbound Sales,B2B Sales, B2C Sales International Debt Collections (International BPO Only)
  • Excellent communication in English
