Key Responsibilities

  • Handle both voice (telephone calls) and non-voice (email/chat) interactions.

  • Explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical customers/employees.
  • Deliver accurate information while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Adapt quickly to new processes, product updates, and system changes.
