Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls efficiently and professionally
  • Provide accurate information and resolve queries
  • Maintain call logs and follow standard procedures
  • Meet quality and productivity targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to work in night/rotational shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Prior BPO/voice process experience is a Plus

Eligibility:

  • Minimum experience of 6 Months in Cutomer support
  • Immediate joiners or 20 days Notice period are Acceptable

Salary:2.5LPA- 4.9LPA
