  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Meet performance targets set for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution ratios.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong voice processing abilities.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends.
  • Proficiency in handling domestic voice processes.
