Job Description

Relationship Officer-Micro Mortgages

Role & responsibilities:-

Lead Generation Conduct regular marketing and sales activities to generate leads from the identified markets
Dealing with the Customers- Engage with the customers at the front end to ensure smooth conversions from lead stage to disbursement and also repayment, recovery and retention.
Process loan applications and disburse funds
Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries
Maintain accurate records and reports
Achieve the set targets on MLAP Loans in terms of open market acquisition and existing potential customer conversion
Knowledge of Secured loans/ Mortgage Loans
2 years in sales and documentation of loans of which at least 1 years in Housing Loans, home loans or loan against property in an NBFC/ Bank/HFC.

Experience Required for Gold Loan (Sales & Operation)

Graduate with min 1year & above experience in dealing with Gold Loan sales and operations in Banking or NBFC
