Role Summary:

Recruitment Executive (Talent Acquisition)

What You Would Be Doing:

  1. Recruitment Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement sustainable recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Create recruitment objectives and ensure their successful execution.
  2. Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:

    • Source passive candidates through various channels.
    • Utilize resume databases and multi-channel approaches to find the best-fit candidates.
    • Build and maintain talent networks to engage with both active and passive candidates.
  3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure effective candidate alignment.
    • Write and proofread detailed job descriptions to attract the right talent.
  4. Evaluating and Improving Recruitment Plans:

    • Assess the success of current recruitment strategies and recommend improvements.
    • Track and evaluate key recruiting

      KPIs

      to determine the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
    • Propose new candidate sourcing channels to enhance recruitment efforts.
  5. Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding:

    • Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing strategy to promote the company as an employer of choice.
    • Manage Employer Branding initiatives to attract high-quality applicants.
  6. Candidate Screening & Interviewing:

    • Review applicants to ensure they meet position requirements.
    • Conduct interviews in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  7. Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure adherence to laws, rules, and regulations, including

      data privacy

      policies.
    • Prepare weekly reports on recruitment activities and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum

      1-2 years

      of experience in recruitment, particularly within the

      BPO industry

      .
    • Hands-on experience in

      bulk hiring

      and recruitment across various levels.

  • Skills:

    • Strong

      communication skills

      , both written and verbal.
    • Ability to source, engage, and evaluate a high volume of candidates.
    • Knowledge of

      recruitment KPIs

      and the ability to evaluate the success of different sourcing strategies.
