Desired Candidate Profile

:

1+years of experience in HR in BPO environment.

Immediate joiner required.

Flexible with shifts

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Work Location: Chennai, Ambattur

Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Experience with HR software and systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
