Customer Interaction : Manage inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Order Management : Assist customers with placing, modifying, or cancelling orders, and provide updates on delivery status. Issue Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives. Performance Metrics : Meet or exceed performance targets related to response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance
